Shift in Time

What a year of energy for me in 2013.  With every shift, there is growth no matter how big or small the situation

Is.  The energy shifts that occurred for me in 2012-2013 time was one of the best and the most powerful.  The energy has been very relaxing and during the shifts, everything is merging to a more natural state of being.  Along with growth into a natural state, the energy body and physical body finds it’s a state of homeostasis.  Some may only have certain state of being either physical growth(physical is more of a reference to a state of being such as one’s ability to let go of the ego) or spiritual growth(not religious, rather one’s ability to tune into one’s energy body and try to first being aware of the energy then eventually having the ability to manage energy).

This is something that cannot be taught; rather, it is one of those experiences which an energy body must go through. The most difficult situation is when physical and spiritual growth happens simultaneously or a situation is close to tandem to each other.  This is mainly due to the differences in how each body reacts to different scenarios.  As we’ve visited the phases in Transition Phase- Part 2, it’s similar to the adolescent phases where everything is mixed up and nothing goes right.  Though we struggle with various issues in the physical body, we can choose or not choose what we accept or deny.

We are not as fortunate within the physical and spiritual growth processes. I think this is because during the merge there are incompatibilities within each body and each decision we make within the energy space has been influenced, it is not a matter of “if” something occurs, rather, “when” it will occur.  Also, we tend to “force” the process and this does not make the situation any better.

So let us step back a little to answer some questions.

Who does this happen to? It happens to everyone

How often does it happen? Because energy is always in constant movement, this occurs all the time.

Who can notice these shifts? Most people should be able to feel some changes if they let their minds relax and focus on their breath.

How strong will the shifts be, and how often will they occur?  The strength of the shift will be dependent on that person’s skill level.  If people are learning, it will be faint.  The feeling will be like putting your arm out of the window feeling the breeze.  As you gain more experience and skill, the strength of the shift will feel denser.  The feeling can be like when you swim to a feeling of wet cement.

In terms of the frequency, in the beginning, stages of what a person feels it will be fairly sporadic.  Eventually, the frequency will be more consistent and smooth.  For those who can feel the energy shifts at a more consistent rate, they should be able to make small regulations within their meditative state.

What happens now? Regardless of where you are in your journey, keep your actions and thoughts in check.  Take time to take time to breathe.  As you become more comfortable, this will come more naturally and your ability to relax will be second nature.

With this knowledge, what can we do?  The question is not “what can we do,” rather, “how can we shape who we are?”   This can be viewed by some as displacing God.  It isn’t.  It adds to it.

Nothing within these entries of this post or blog will take away from what you do or what you believe.  People make that choice.  It is called Free Will.  Readers of this blog or any material that is read, the reader chooses to give up the freedom of their thoughts.

I will end with this statement that brings the point of the “when rather than if” statement…Life is like running towards a brick wall.  It is not if we are about to hit it but when.” I’m sure there can be a training statement as well (i.e., two trains are leaving the stations. 😉 ) This is how my view,  along with many others before me, see decision making.

There are three scenarios that this brick wall scenario has:

The 1st Scenario:  You crash into the brick wall.

The 2nd Scenario:  You scale the brick wall

The 3rd Scenario: You build a door.

All answers except the 1st scenario are acceptable. 😉  There is, however, a mystical 4th Scenario 😉 I’ll let those who choose this last one…you are on your own. 😀

2013-Thoughts; 2014- Transitions

Welcome to the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014!  It has been a great journey this year.  There had been many joys, disappointments, successes and failures in the past year.

We learned from them regardless of how our reactions to these situations are.  Let us progress through these feelings set them aside in 2013, keeping in mind what these thoughts have brought us.  Have they been positive?  Have they been negative in our minds?  What did we feel when these thoughts passed in our minds?  Were we happy?  Were we Sad?  Did these thoughts bring us peace or heartache?

For me, I learned about photography, from how to improve my current photos through composition and settings, to diving into High Dynamic Range(HDR) and light painting photography.  In addition started a Photography blog, which I’m not sure how often I’ll be posting: https://photospotpete.wordpress.com/ though it is all about learning new things.

The remaining year in 2013 was meeting great people and seeing the start of the success of  Revolution Training(http://revolutiontrainingsystem.com/)  owners  Mike and Matt Peltz (It all started with a dream).  I’m sure they will have many successes, milestones, and challenges along the way.  With the challenges, they will no doubt overcome.

With the end of the positive statement above, let us take a moment in our breath and imagine what 2014 will bring so for those who so choose,

Breath deeply for a few breaths, notice what you are feeling at the time of this post, is your mind in a fog?  Do you hear whooshing?–That does not matter, nor is it important.  As soon as you have refocused, take three long deep breaths, each lasting a few seconds longer.  As you take that first breath, think of all the negative things that happened for the year.  Let it sink in, though don’t let it take hold of you.  As soon as you’ve felt the feeling, in your second breath, think of all the positives of the year, like the first breath you did,  let the positive sink in, though don’t let it take hold of you.  How do you feel compared to the first breath?  Note these two breaths together. What do you feel, what do you see, hear, and taste?  Spend a few extra breaths here.  This is your moment for the year do you like where you are at, do you like what you have become?  As soon as you come to the edge of the feeling of the combined 1st and 2nd breaths, this final breath is the most important.  Spend as much time as you want here.  This is a brand new canvas.  Breaths 1 and 2 no longer exist.  When are you ready? What does your 2014 year look like?   What picture would you like to paint for the year?  What energy would you like to spend more time on?  What energy would you like to spend less time on?

This is your canvas for the year. Make it count.  The energy that you place here is very powerful.  The intentions you place makes a ripple in the collective.  Though situations such as relationships, your job, and these aspects are important, it is not what defines who you are.  Relationships can be broken; jobs can be lost. Listen to your heartbeat, on this last breath.

As you approach this last breath, your heartbeat may seem like it is in a fog, or it might be clear.  Your breath is the lighthouse that has been guiding you all this time.  Take the time to listen.  Many emotions will be pouring out during this time.   You may laugh; you may cry; you may smile.   Accept these feelings. These are all the things that will paint your canvas for the year.

Welcome to  2013 2014 –THE YEAR OF TRANSITION.

Dream Big, Dream Often…but always, DREAM LUCID.

Transition Phase- Part 2

The learning stages of energy is always present.  We covered the innate energies which we were given before birth and what the combination of social influences and a physical body does to our energy.  Progression from our innate energy learning(Grade school) to levels such as Middle School and High School is rather subtle.  Much like our adolescent days in the physical bodies, our energies are constantly changing.  Our energy from the past five years to now is different.  Situations like these change, and due to the influx of energies we face each day, our energies aren’t even the same from the moment we wake-up in the morning to the time we sleep.

So, where do these phases kick in? Any part of our day, we can have shifted.  In part 1, I had mentioned “pausing” my energy.  This is an advanced skill that will take time to develop and in certain situations, can feel unstable if people are unable to maintain and manage a balanced energy level.  This cannot be taught; it is something that is a natural part of energy.  The pausing skill can be equivalent to our “fight or flight” response in our physical body.  Some may be able to sense this ability within their energies. Others may not.

During our Middle School and High School phases, like that of our physical bodies, we test the waters.  There are some differences here.

In the physical:

  • The decisions we make are more responsive in terms of people reacting; however, how the relationship plays between the two parties aren’t.  For example, if you fight with a friend, boyfriend, girlfriend, &t though the ego reaction is anger time will tell how that relationship will develop, maybe they might make amends they won’t.
  • Relationships take time. People need to date, feel things out, &t.

In the energy

  • The energy level is more responsive.  The decisions we make on the energy level is immediate or almost immediate if we know how to manage and read our environment.  As we progress from the Middle School and High School phases to the College and Grad level phases instances occur at the speed of thought.  From my experiences between the Middle school and High School levels to the College level, it has been the difference between days to months compared minutes to days at the College level.  From College to Grad level, there is no comparison.  The ability to read situations knowing when they are most likely to occur and this feeling can span globally.  This can be mistaken for gut instinct; the difference between gut instinct(though this does play a part), the difference is gut vs. energy, energy allows you to actively manage that energy, compared to the gut where it is more passive.

Relationships.  Relationships have already been built within the energies, friendships, partnerships, &t.  This particular part can be confusing compared to the physical side of things.  With all dating sites and relationships developing every second, the age-old question, “Is this relationship right for me” or “I slept with this person because I felt a connection” or “I have to date to find someone.” If you are asking yourself these questions and placing yourself in these situations, it is your ego managing you.  With energy, you already know before you even see, hear, meet, or even touch the person.  Most of the people I encountered and/or observed shouldn’t be married have kids or even relationships, and they should have stayed single. However, due to the characteristics of these relationships expansion of energy is formed.

I’m not sure where I heard this particular statement.  I heard a good number of years ago.  It was about abortion.  The story starts with a mother talking to God asking him why there is so much violence, famine, &t. in the world and why there were not scientists, doctors, &t… to do anything about it. God’s response was, “There would be if you didn’t abort that child.”

The statement above is strong words to say the least.  With everything happening in the world with the energy changes occurring throughout 2014, awareness will be raised and shifts will be steady through powerful.  The veil will be lifted; the light will shine through.

Transition Phase – Part 1

We are a spiritual beings in a physical body. Those are powerful words given this up and coming shift.  When we hear about transitions a lot as we grew up.  We might hear of transitioning from work after some number of years either to another job or even from a job entering retirement stages.

Energy is no different.  The best way I could relate the transition phases in terms of entering school. Grade school, middle school, high school, college and grad school.  Each level respectively developing energies.  Though there is no particular numbering per se,  grade school: 1 through 5; middle school 6 through 12; (maybe represented in years) &t… though this chart would be an accurate indicator: http://creativeculturelabs.com/power-vs-force-applications-to-creative-consciousness/ of how your energy goes through its transition phase(s).

The chart above is  referenced from a book called Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins, Ph.D., M.D. and it describes the levels of behavior.  It is a great read and an interesting view on human behavior.  Referring back to the opening comment of, “We are spiritual beings in a physical body” our energies had already been developed(our grade school level) prior to us “being”.  It is due to our physical nature as well as our environment that hinders us to transition to the other levels: middle school, high school levels and beyond.  It is our responsibility to keep as much of our spiritual form as we can.  With all personality types, learning styles that we experience in our physical bodies.  We all learn at a different rate and some easy some difficult and even some  of circumstances may affect certain energies more than others, these are similarities

So, what are the differences? The difference is the way the energy transitions.  As we transition we can develop higher sensitivity to the 5 senses either single or combined.   As far as your sixth sense, that is always there most need to reboot it.

As we progress through these stages of transitions, things will start to manifest.  This is where your sixth sense comes into play.  Energy is energy.  How positive or negative something is, is based on the person’s view point.  Truth is, energy is neutral.  It is not until we place a conscious mindset on what is positive or negative.

What about my transition? At my beginning stages grade school) lasted from the age of 12 to my early 20’s, so approximately 10 years or so.  It was at this stage I decided to pause everything.  This is not as bad as it seems.  In certain cases if you get to a certain point in a transitional period(much like a relationship, you take a break).  My pause session lasted for about 8 years.  There are some interesting things that occur during this phase with energy.  Energy starts growing, it gets stronger, it matures.  Compared to relationships when couples “take a break” or “break-up” or whatever term you wish to use. In the physical,  recovery takes a few years. Energy takes moments. There is a  grace period between the pause stage and when you resume to your current state.  For me my grace period was 3 years of the 8 period phase.  This will vary from person to person and the amount of information you receive from the queued energy was very strong when it caught up to the physical body.

What did this do to my level? It raised my stage to a college level which I’ll cover in part 2.  I’ll cover the middle school and high school levels in part 2 as well.

Transitions – Part 2

Mediation as we have seen in the first part by Ram was very powerful.  There is no particular way of meditation.  It can vary from yoga to even praying.  For me breathing is everything since breath is the essence of energy.

For example, have you tried to workout without breathing?  It is very difficult and one could pass out or even loose strength if breath is not used properly.  How about yoga?  Poses in yoga used breath to control the movement…if it’s too shallow, everything gets tense, too deep, you be come to loose.  Even in prayer breathing works.  For those who use prayer for their mediation, take a 5 to 10 second break and notice how your breath is.  Is it calm and collective? or is it brisk and rapid?  Take note of this…it is important. The answer should only be your own.

With these shifts occurring  on my journey I have felt many things. For me, this so called “Perfect Storm” of energy(the desire to meditate and the two energy systems listed in the next few paragraphs) seems to have driven my energy to meditate or have the desire to meditate more.  There is definitely a stronger energy in the horizon.  A few I am feeling is a shift at the end of December and there will approximately be four(4) cycles.  The first Cycle starting towards the end of December will lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 months before the 2nd cycle occurs.  The last 2 cycles is dependent of how the 2nd shifts.  This may or may not be in close proximity to each other.  Each of these shifts will be stronger at each cycle with the 4th being the strongest.

two contributing occurrences with the recent comet ISON, I have had  the ability to feel the energy of the comet a few days before this event and the  last event was the Fireball over Arizona which I felt a few hours prior to it occurring.  It had generated a great amount of energy so strong that when the explosion occurred, on December 11th, 2013.  On December 12, 2013 between 12 and 12:30 P.M. I had been able to taste a rather a metal-like taste between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.  Arizona time.  At this particular time I had just received my meal which I had Angel Hair pasta w/chicken.  I am unsure if the metal-like  I  tasted was due to the fallout from the previous night as the time stamp was December 11, 2013 at 9:25 P.M. EST (6:25 P.M. AZ Time) (1) or not.  I’ve eaten Angel Hair pasta w/ marinara sauce in the past and I know it does not taste like what I had tasted that day.

I realize that there are many factors and time frames within the paragraph above.  ISON on the 10th and the Fireball over AZ the following night on the 11th.  Energy is changing and will continue to change and it is due to ISON.  This shift will affect all levels of energy.  For those just beginning their journey or in middle of their journey it will be very rough and bumpy.  The advise I can say to those in these stages is hang on and breath.  Make some time to take a few deep breaths each day if only for a few seconds, a little goes a long way.

Enjoy the journey at the end of the first cycle.

If you visit my Vision, Memory, and Serenity post halfway down the page there is a breathing exercise you practice prior to sleeping.  It’s very relaxing and as the shifts increase you’d be better able to make them manageable.  You can do this at your own time, you can put in as much or as little as you’d like.  The results will vary from person to person.

For those who are seasoned.  You are not out of the woods.  During the course of the shift, you’ll notice many changes, some subtle some not so subtle.  Keep your head on.  Just because you are “experienced” means absolutely nothing. All it means is  you know what to expect and the situation you will be getting into.

Let’s have some fun and come out of this shift more energized and more wise.

Transitions – Part 1

I realize it has been a while since my last post.  Things have happened, rather they have been slowly forming.  For the past few weeks, I have felt my energy rising.  I have noticed many shifts in both consciousness and energy.  One of the most distinguishing characteristics was just the desire to meditate more, however, in the environment, I am in, it is too contaminated. Though I would be able to filter most of the negativity from the environment, the ability to not being disturbed is a whole other factor. With this length of mediation,  I was told about a person called “Buddha Boy,” whose real name is Ram Bahadur Bomjon.  Though this article is dated August 7, 2013, this was Ram’s ten-month mark.  Though the article mentioned that they did not know the update of the Buddha Boy, he did complete his goal of 6 years, which the video will be posted shortly.  Ram completed his goal of 6 years of meditation on May 17, 2011.

On May 20th, 2011, he spoke of his experience.  During his experience, Ram gained perspective.  In his speech, he mentioned that when he went without food and water and as a result,  his body had adjusted to his state of consciousness, and his body began to draw from nature itself. He had also mentioned that with a raised awareness, he notices everything he experienced was one.  Lastly, he brought up the eight moral rules which occurred at the 14:10 through the 15:20 mark of the Maitreya reference.

The eight morals are listed below.

Eight Morals:

“1. Humans should not discriminate against humans according to religion, caste, race or gender

  1. Not to disregard religions saying: this religion is big, that religion is small
  2. Not to accept philosophies or policies that are filled with discrimination
    4. It is said by a country, “This country is an enemy, this country is a friend.” They should not think thus nor should they behave with discrimination
  3. Such evil practices as making truth into lies, and lies into the truth should be renounced; exaggeration, blaming and belittling should be avoided
  4. Never commit the ten negative actions or any other signs.
  5. To practice morals, the meditational state(samadhi) and wisdom, dedicating one’s own life in the service of the country.
  6. To achieve the highest enlightenment and to get liberation for the sake of oneself and others” (1, 2, 3).

Much of what Ram was doing has been the beginning of what I had the desire to do. Though in my journey, I might have taken this course, though, in a different form.  In his speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9OmbvQqB-tE, one of his experiences he had mentioned was his birth. For me, I experienced what he had experienced pre-Out-of-Body / Near Death, which would be when I was in my early teens.  This would be due to how I was raised.

Though Ram’s experience is different compared to many due to his environment, and teachings, much of what we experience within our OBE/NDEs are reflective of our upbringing or social interactions, even for those who claim atheism much of the transitions will reflect these characteristics.

Will you notice the changes?   Changes will be subtle; however with all changes, they are based on small adjustments(decisions) that a person makes.  Until a person is highly in tune with their surroundings, will they notice large shifts in energy?

How many attributes of the eight morals would you need to notice changes? From my experiences based on the 8, the first three would be the most manageable considering those are conscious based(i.e., We decide to incorporate them into our lives). The remaining morals will take time.  As people can apply the main 3, all remaining morals would be adhered to.

It is important to note; this does not discount the teaching of the Catholic church of

  1. Love thy God with all your heart, mind, and soul

and

  1. Love thy neighbor.

Both the eight morals listed from the 2011 speech and those of teaching of the scriptures are true.  It’s all about LOVE and Acceptance.

This is the end of part 1.

Relationships

Relationships, as referenced in the connections blog, is important. Within these relationships, the connections play a role in our unconscious. The connection and relationship attribute within dreams shows our subconscious.  Relationships are how we can relate to others, much like the synapse in the brain, those that wire together, fire together.  So within our dreams, how do our dreams play out is an important sign, not only with ourselves but with other characters regardless of who or what they represent.

Do we tend to make good connections with others, bad connections with others, or do we burn a lot of bridges?  Also, what effects do these actions on our dream life as it transfers to our waking life?
Let’s be upfront for a moment.  We are all human and there are people we like, do not like, and possibly not even tolerate. These will play in our dreams even if the intent is not there and I have had many dreams as described.  I have burned many bridges or rather attempted to burn many bridges.  Though this may seem bad, it’s a matter of perspective.  There are some situations where you have to cut your losses though that is not what I’ll be referencing to. The bridges are the ones that are good connections.  I decided to test this particular path during my learning stages.  Surprisingly or not, so surprisingly it didn’t end well(go figure).  So what happened?  Bad things We burn bridges in the physical world,  people get mad and stressed and the person who burnt that bridge also people lose trust from the person who got burnt.  Burn bridges in a dream; it’s not very noticeable unless you know what to look for. However, the effects are much worse.  Not only do you get the feeling of the physical you it also affects you and the person, everything starts being toxic.  This is much like someone who has held anger, resentment, and frustration in a long period, the way it affects you is slow.  Within the dream stages, however,  it occurs quickly. We’re not talking year, months, or weeks.  I found that it happens in a few days(though this may vary).

How do we deal?  Easy, the same way we got into it through dreams.  People might say. How?
The person who angered us is part of who we are.  As we continue through our dream journey, we can set the intention for the anger.  We pick a symbol that we can relate to, like the final step in the relaxation where you choose an object in dream symbols that will serve the same purpose.  As we set this intention within this object, in this case,  anger, we place the symbol or object at a particular place in our dream.  Before doing any actions, feel this symbol and what it means to you besides the anger.  If you can perform this type of relaxation at this stage,  you should already be conditioned to focus on your breath.  When you notice this symbol or object,  take in everything this symbol is, what it does, what it isn’t doing, what it is and what it’s not.  This subset of the relaxation exercise is another exercise in its own right and will like all practices to take time.  As we take control of this dream, we take control of the symbol. We don’t destroy it; we contain it (yes, I’ve destroyed symbols/objects within my dreams as well, which is fun 🙂 ). By containing the symbol, we are programming, rather reprogramming our unconscious minds to take a different route.  Unfortunately, the effects of this particular method aren’t as quick as the initial act.  It’s all fun and games until someone gets injured then it’s more paperwork 😉

How do we maintain? Awareness.

How do we retain? Practice

This is the less sexy of the entries.  Let’s face it. Relationships are boring and mundane.  I’ve had lots of boring dreams though I guess that is also a matter of perception. 😉

Sexy or not(here I come) ha ha ha 🙂 and there it goes. 🙁  um, relationships are part of everything and everything has its connections.

So ends this post

As always

Dream big, dream often but always DREAM LUCID

Connections

Connections,  regardless if it friends, family, acquaintances, are an important part of everyday interactions.  It is what allows us to relate.  Dreams are no exception.  The connections that relate to dreams are vital because the relation is between the Unconscious and who we are.  For people who have read Freud’s book “Interpretation of Dreams,” he relates much of what we experience to the previous day’s activities.  Through my dreaming journey, much of what I sought after wasn’t representative in that the activities, though on occasion they have been, no.  It wasn’t until I started making dream interpretations I started to see connections.

At 15, due to my OBE that had placed me in an interesting scenario, which was that I knew more about myself at the age of 15, then most people have their entire lives.  Though this does sound far fetched, it wasn’t until after the roughly 500 dreams that I had interpreted which guided these people to some form of understanding, regardless of accuracy, that these connections were a vital part of who we are.  It was at this point where I felt certain attributes of life piecing itself together.  At times I could see these pieces, like an infinite puzzle and at this point, I saw Jung’s idea of how society is, the Collective Unconscious.  To me, this was remarkable.  The ability for this type of connection, this type of experience at a young age.  It was until a few years later in my late teens to early ’20s when I was starting to relate to this particular form.  Not a single person can so call “master” this type of connection, and to do so, one must have the limitless ability and unbelievable control and in a human body, this is impossible.  It must be a system.

The possibility of these connections to be manageable is to have them connected.  In computer networking, a setup called a mesh network is a type of setup that is one of the most difficult to the multiple device connections. However, it is the most secure due to its redundancy.  Relating this to the subject of connections for this subject,  a book entitled, “Power vs. Force” by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. was recommended at the time of this posting and to drive the point regarding mesh networking outside of the computer field, “Chapter 23: The Search For Truth” lists the following results due to Kinesiologcial testing:

  • One individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200
  • One individual at level 600 counterbalances 10 million individual below level 200
  • One individual at  level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individual below 200
  • One individual at  level 400 counterbalances 400,000 individuals below 200
  • One individual at  level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individual below 200
  • Twelve individuals at level 700 equal one avatar at 1,000 (1).

These are some staggering numbers and shows how much connections play a part in our lives and how each person can contribute if they know it or not.  Also, can you imagine the energy produced?  For me, these connections are a natural movement.  The book that I referenced was due to a friend who read “The Bridge” post and emailed me the information about the author and book.  It was through that particular connection that leads to this particular post.

The journey for me is just getting started, and the dreams and experiences that I’ve been through will no doubt lead to some amazing things and people.  We are all connected, physically, spiritually, and by dreams through a network of energy.

This is only the beginning.

Meditation

Dreams are the key. Meditation is the road you take to find the key. Mediation was a difficult step for me.  My mind was very crowded and the ability to have a quiet mind was very nerve-racking, to say the least.  It wasn’t until I saw a video on yoga that helped me learn how to relax.  It was then I realized how important breath was during the movements.

As I began practicing meditation, I incorporated them into my dream life, and my mind began to clear and my perception and awareness began to increase.  It was at this point I started to bring everything into play.  I would use the combination of mediation and lucid dreaming. Now the fun would begin. 😀

Before we get to the fun stuff,  I had my first out of body experience (OBE) that had some substance when I was 15.

This was that experience:
It was 10 P.M., and as I was lying in my bed, I saw a bright light overhead.  This light engulfed my whole room.  As this light got brighter, I saw myself levitate.  As I left my body,   the light grew larger in the distance and became the shape of a nautilus.  I felt the energy from this source and it was very peaceful.  My spirit entered and there was brief darkness.  I felt very safe in the darkness and when I arrived on the other side,  there was an indistinct voice.  As I walked with this person, I saw my life review from birth to death in what I would describe as a t.v. Like clouds.  In each event,  I felt how the actions affect the person that was targeted.  I woke up after.

It was this experience that started me on my journey and opened up my mind to the various possibilities as well as the abilities I’d be developing in later years.   During this growth period, much like a child, one must have food.  Food in this particular situation is knowledge.  I read as many books as I could on the subject of lucid dreaming, near-death experiences, books on psychology, and philosophy.  Meditation at this stage was equivalent to sleep.  I was struggling a little with meditating, and my experience lasted a few minutes at a time.  As I progressed through my meditation stages, I started to lose track of time and went until I felt relaxed, keeping focused on my heartbeat and of course, my breath.  I would do this a few times a day in a quiet room (much like people taking a nap). When I was comfortable with my meditation sessions, lucid dreaming was incorporated (Currently, I can relax as needed). At this point in my journey, I was in my late teens and I had just got into skydiving.  So for one of my first training sessions of lucid dreaming, I would train myself to skydive, reviewing everything my instructor had told me. — The point of this particular exercise isn’t so much to improve on a particular skill, though it will when the timing is there, rather it prepares your mind and body to perform.

Before anything happens physically, one must be able to visualize the event before doing the activity.  Through lucid dreaming and meditation, this takes it to another step.  You can condition your body to do what you want it to do that you would not normally have it to do in the waking state. This is a mental activity to improve your lucidity.  The results are the effects of this particular state. Somethings I’ve used lucid dreaming on but not limited to:

Skydiving

Learning how to handle a particular situation where it would normally give stress

Relationships

Kettlebell training

and lastly,

Dreaming

the list can be endless.

We now have the key(dreams) the road(mediation) how about the door?

This has got to be the coolest part yet! (Well, I think it’s cool 🙂 what a popping some bubble wrap 😀 )

The people around you! 😀 this may or may not be obvious to some people.  We as a people I think our true nature is to help where it got lost I can’t answer…however I can tell you it’s somewhere between life, religion, society and other aspects that have corrupted the human psyche. Those around us gives us the opportunities to succeed.  Have we reached these doors at the correct time?  Have we reached them too quickly or possibly too slowly?  Are these doors for us or others?

Once we open the door are we:

Scared

Happy

Sad

Excited

Lost?

These are all normal and should be embraced.  This is who we are.  , I was all these things the majority of my experience and I wasn’t sure what to make of it.  It wasn’t until I embraced these factors that growth happens and awareness starts to enter. There is a big relief when you can let these things go.  We all can’t be Atlus and hold the world on our shoulders. Frankly, it’s tiring.  Yes, we all feel these things if it’s in waking or in slumber it happens so the best way to do it is to….go into the dream and face them.

And now for those waiting for the answers to the questions in the other paragraph…… 🙂

Dream big,  dream often but always DREAM LUCID

Underlying Dream Messages

Underlying Dream Messages are unique.  I’ve only had a few and these are different compared to reoccurring dreams. These types of dreams have a very specific purpose.  These types of dreams are specific to the dreamer. This could be a message from a loved one that has passed (much like those who have experienced an NDE or an OBE during a life review)or a particular entity that is like a messenger.  One can differentiate this particular type of dream compared to a regular dream in that this type of dream is specific in that it is like having a conversation with a person.  One particular way you can tell this is not an OBE is due to a lack of control of your environment and your spirit body.  Like the OBE, however, one can step back into the experience.  This type of experience will also take some time to develop in terms of knowing what’s a message and what is considered a dream state.

I haven’t had much of these types of dreams since most of mine happen in the waking state; however, in my beginning stages, I did have one experience.

I had this experience when I was 15 years old. It started in a dark passage and I had a group of people with me climbing up some stairs.  There was just enough light for me to make out these stairs.  Those around me had armbands that had the letters “MP.”  As I continued, I reached a point where the group left me.  To me, this was most likely the top of the stairs.  I walked down the hallway, and many doors present, and people were yelling out.  I ignored this and reached the end of the hallway and there was a door.    Before I was even able to attempt to turn the doorknob, I entered the room.  Everything was still dark and I began to levitate off the floor.  I sensed a presence though I was not scared.  It knew that sensed it’s presence and it gave me this message, “You have changed the life of that which you should not have changed.”  I spoke back to this entity, by saying, “I do not know of anyone that I have had this effect on.”  This entity responded and ended with, “Next time I see you, you will be two.” After this occurred, I was outside the door.

Piecing this together, this particular dream is different than a recurring dream or even that of a lucid dream, though it does have the properties of each.  This particular type of dream is ongoing in that each particular aspect can happen at different periods.  As much fun as it would be to dissect this dream, I decided to keep the fun by not knowing.  A few important notations are:

The Stairs

The Hallway

The people

The hallway

and

The Doors(these would be the doors you open, not the band 😉 )

We can assume the aspect of this dream is a house of some sort and a house is representative of the self.  The other aspects of this particular home listed are the transitions that we encounter throughout our lives or parts of our lives, which we have or have not experienced.

As I mentioned, I won’t dissect this dream as fun as it would be for me to do. The mystery is sometimes the fun of life.  The point of not knowing can be the greatest challenge of knowing.
